When Tehjan Prendiville created Assuage Luxury Spa in Fort Myers and Naples, she wanted to incorporate age-old holistic approaches that she found on her many travels throughout the world.
Prendiville, who is a registered nurse and mental health professional with more than 30 years of experience, has accomplished her goal.

Assuage offers all the treatments typically expected from a luxury spa and much more. For example, Assuage offers special medical treatments for pre and post surgery such as lymphatic drainage and post-mastectomy massage. Expectant mothers can receive a pre-natal massage with approval from their obstetrician.
For the skin, special facials and peels are offered, along with microneedling and detoxifying body treatments. A full line of injectables and fillers are available, such as Botox®, Sculptra®, Radiesse®, Juvederm®, Juvederm Voluma® and more. All of the injectables are administered by Assuage’s Medical Director, Dr. Stephen Prendiville, who is Tehjan’s husband and the only Fellowship-trained, double board certified facial plastic surgeon in Fort Myers.
Assuage Spa also offers laser treatments including Intense Pulse Light (IPL®) and our newest fat dissolving laser, SculpSure®. SculpSure® is approved by the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) as the world’s first non-invasive fat-melting device to treat stubborn fat in just 25 minutes.
